Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNFREEZE mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR iOS USERS

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these Terms are an agreement between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support. Any claims relating to the App should be directed to the Developer, not Apple.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercialize the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law;
  • bypass paywalls, security features, or access controls;
  • disrupt, overload, or interfere with App operation or other users.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable) - Apple In-App Purchase

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase ("Subscription(s)").

UNFREEZE is a subscription-only app.

A valid, active Subscription is required to access the App and its features.

If you do not have an active Subscription, you will not be able to use the App's functionality (except to purchase a Subscription or restore purchases).

Billing and renewal:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Apple will charge your account at renewal.
  • You can manage and cancel Subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
  • If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Prices may vary by region/currency and are shown in-app before purchase.
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.

Refunds:

Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

Displayed terms:

Current Subscription options, durations, and prices are displayed in-app before you confirm purchase.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for unlawful purposes;
  • submit or generate content that violates the rights of others;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • abuse, overload, or interfere with the App, including through automated means.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App may provide AI-generated task suggestions and breakdowns. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for your situation. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

The App is not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice). Do not rely on the App for emergencies or high-stakes decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by the Developer and/or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the App without obligation to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if necessary to protect the App, other users, or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in that case, the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law; Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply to you notwithstanding this governing law clause.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
